Holding a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, he combines deep technical expertise with a practical, commercially astute approach that consistently adds value for clients.
Over the course of his career, Ryan has supported a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments throughout London and the South East. His portfolio spans early-stage feasibility studies through to cost planning, procurement strategy, contract administration and final account negotiation.
